Terms & Conditions

The straightforward terms that apply when you work with Ae.creatives.

1. Services & scope

Ae.creatives provides graphic design services across four categories: social media design, marketing & business materials, academic design, and personal & event design. Each project's exact deliverables, specifications, platforms, and requirements are outlined in a separate Project Brief / Scope of Work agreed in writing before work begins. Work starts only after the Scope of Work is confirmed and the downpayment is received. Anything requested outside the agreed scope is treated as a separate project or charged additionally.

2. Quotes & pricing

Every project is quoted individually. Pricing depends on scope, turnaround, complexity, quantity, and client type, so no fixed or starting prices are published. A quote is valid only once confirmed in writing.

3. Payments & deposits

A 50% non-refundable downpayment confirms your slot and starts the design process. The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion, before final files and editable Canva links are released. Rush orders require 100% upfront payment. Local clients pay via GCash; international clients via Wise. If the balance is not received within 7 days of the due date, work pauses; delay beyond 14 days may result in cancellation without refund of the downpayment.

4. Client responsibilities

Clients must provide complete project details and materials — photos, written content, branding guides, color palettes, and references — organized in a single Google Drive folder. Clients are responsible for the accuracy of all supplied materials and for having the rights to use any photos, logos, or content submitted. Incomplete materials will delay the project timeline.

5. Communication & turnaround

Standard turnaround varies by service and complexity and is confirmed during project discussion. Requests sooner than the standard turnaround are Rush Orders (see below). Clients receive regular progress updates. If a client is unresponsive for 7 consecutive days without notice, the project is placed on hold; beyond 14 days it may be considered abandoned with no refund of the downpayment.

6. Revisions

Each project includes up to three (3) rounds of minor revisions. One round is a single consolidated set of feedback submitted at the same time. Minor revisions cover text edits, color or spacing adjustments, layout refinements, or adding a new element or photo. Major revisions — complete redesigns, concept changes, or significant structural changes — are outside the included rounds and may be charged additionally or treated as a new project. Additional revision requests must be submitted within 3 days after final files are delivered.

7. Rush orders

Rush Orders require 100% upfront payment, including the rush fee, before work begins, and are limited to two (2) revision rounds. Rush fees vary by service, requested turnaround, and complexity and are communicated before confirmation. Rush orders are subject to the designer's availability, and Ae.creatives reserves the right to decline a rush request.

8. Deliverables & usage rights

Final files are delivered in PNG, JPG, or PDF format via Google Drive or Canva share link upon receipt of full payment. Editable Canva access is an optional add-on where applicable. Upon full payment, clients receive a full license to use the final designs for personal and business purposes — including printing, posting, and distributing on their own platforms. Clients may not resell, redistribute to third parties, or claim the designs as their own original creative work. Canva-sourced elements remain subject to Canva's licensing terms. Ae.creatives may feature completed projects in its portfolio and promotional materials unless confidentiality is requested before project completion.

9. Cancellations & refunds

The initial downpayment is non-refundable once the project has been confirmed, and no refund is issued if the client cancels after work has begun. If the designer is unable to complete the project due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund is issued.

10. Liability

The designer operates as an independent contractor, not an employee of the client. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific project, and the designer is not liable for indirect losses resulting from the use of delivered designs. Clients are responsible for reviewing all final designs — including names, spelling, dates, and prices — before approval.
