Rush availability is subject to the owner's schedule. Student / one-time rush orders under 48 hours carry a ₱50 rush fee; other rush requests are confirmed before the project starts.

Each project includes up to three (3) rounds of minor revisions, submitted as consolidated feedback. Major changes or complete redesigns fall outside the included rounds and may be charged additionally.

Yes. Ae.creatives is based in Cavite and works with clients in Dasmariñas, Imus, and nearby areas, as well as remote clients anywhere in the Philippines and abroad.

Yes. Academic design covers research posters, infographics, flyers, PowerPoint presentations, brochures, certificates, name tags, subject labels, portfolio layouts, ID layouts, and publication materials (pubmats).

Final files are delivered in PNG, JPG, or PDF format via Google Drive or a Canva share link, upon receipt of full payment.

Editable Canva files are available as an optional add-on where applicable.

Complete project details and materials — photos, written content, branding guides, color palettes, and references — organized in a single Google Drive folder. Incomplete materials can delay the timeline.

A 50% non-refundable downpayment confirms your slot and starts the design process. The remaining 50% is due upon completion, before final files are released. Local clients pay via GCash and international clients via Wise. Rush orders require 100% upfront payment.

Yes. Upon full payment, you receive a full license to use the final designs for personal and business purposes — including printing, posting, and distributing on your own platforms. You may not resell or redistribute the designs to third parties or claim them as your own original work.
